What you are responsible for

+ Converting Fireworks and Photoshop designs into high quality XHTML/CSS at warp speed

+ Coding tight, fast loading, standards compliant XHTML/CSS

+ Working with templates and JSP pages

+ Working with Javascript and JQuery enabled UI views for a rich AJAX based application

+ Making XHTML/CSS frontends works smoothly across all major browsers on current platforms, incl. IE6 and Mac

+ 2-3 years of recent experience building

+ XHTML guru & HTML performance geek

+ CSS guru & Cross Browser Compatibility Maven

+ JQuery wizardry a strong plus

+ Experience building at least one other high traffic dynamic web application
