What you are responsible for
+ Converting Fireworks and Photoshop designs into high quality XHTML/CSS at warp speed
+ Coding tight, fast loading, standards compliant XHTML/CSS
+ Working with templates and JSP pages
+ Working with Javascript and JQuery enabled UI views for a rich AJAX based application
+ Making XHTML/CSS frontends works smoothly across all major browsers on current platforms, incl. IE6 and Mac

+ Build social applications for Facebook, MySpace and Hi5 that leverage the BillShrink API.
+ Build a real-time data analysis platform that mixes in data from web analytics and user data and third party data sources.
+ Build an engine that can automatically verify the validity of data that is extracted by our data extraction engine.
+ Create algorithms that can automatically extract and normalize information reliably from natural language text around the web.

The role would allow you to take on a variety of different projects as our business evolves; some representative projects are provided below:
+ Define, track, and report on key business metrics and customer behaviors, including feature penetration, user behavior patterns, site flows and traffic patterns to drive feature prioritization and customer insights.
+ Measure key performance metrics for marketing efficiency and effectiveness (user growth, engagement, abandonment, campaign ROI, segmentation).
+ Work with internal and external resources to enhance the quality and breadth of the data in our system, which is the cornerstone of our product.
+ Research, strategize, and implement new product and marketing initiatives to help grow the BillShrink brand and user-base. For instance, assist with coming up with creative ways to make BillShrink viral and integrate with various social media platforms.
